Early Years Qualification Forum

Thanks to all who attended the recent EY Qualification Forum last Wednesday and moreover for sharing your valuable experience, ideas and contributions. They went a long way in helping to shape this agenda as we create a new local pipeline to support the recruitment and retention challenges. Thanks to those who came along to find out more about EY Apprenticeships and the EYE Level 3 qualifications through NCC. It was a delighted to support 2 fairly new childminders and a young male looking to embark on their career pathway. To keep the energy and momentum going, we will meet again early June. Further details will follow. We hope to grow and strengthen the forum as we press forward, so the more members the better. United together we can make a difference as we work hard to close our local skills gap ahead of one of the most significant childcare reforms in the UK.
