Dukeshouse Wood has closed with immediate effect. Schools that have visits booked and paid/partially paid should follow the advice below:

Try to reclaim any monies paid already. If a school wish to submit a claim then you need to complete a school journey claim form and email it back to michelle.rice@northumberland.gov.uk. The form will be submitted to Zurich Municipal in the usual way.
Please provide as much information as you can around dialogue they have had with the Kingswood or the administrators as to their options. Also include dates when money has been paid across, as well as a copy of the original booking conditions when your trip was first booked.
