A reminder to all SENDCO’s that when a child is going to have an EHCP Annual Review social care should be contacted and informed of their name and dob, and the date and time of the AR, preferably at least 8 weeks before the anticipated meeting. This is so social care can check if there is any involvement. We can then send the relevant Social Worker or Family Help Worker a form to complete in preparation for the review and ensure this is sent to the school before the AR meeting.
