British Cycling Ride Leader Level 1 Course outline
This a full day course with an additional 3-4 hours of online pre course work. Staff will need to bring their own bicycles and have completed a First Aid course before starting to train pupils. Over 70 members of school staff have already completed this course and gone on to set up cycling projects at their schools.
Please note, the course is free to school staff, but due to an increase in drop-out numbers on previous courses we would need confirmation from your line manager or Headteacher that staff have permission for the time away from school to complete the course.
