Please find attached a PDF document for you to circulate inviting you to sign up for individual logins.
The PDF includes a URL which if followed will take the user to the CLEAPSS account checker page, where it will ask you to enter your email address.
We recommend you use a school email address in the first instance.
Below are some guidelines on suggested staff members who would be suitable to complete the initial process, and invite other staff members to set up their individual logins. This may have some bearing on who you send the initial invite to;
○ For secondary schools – this could be the head of department or the senior technician in the science, D&T or art departments, or someone from the senior leadership team who leads on safety matters in the school.
○ For primary schools – this could be the headteacher or another person with overall responsibility for health and safety matters. Our records indicate that there are still schools in your membership that have yet to activate their membership.
If you haven’t done this by 31st January 2025 then these schools will no longer be able to access CLEAPSS services until they have activated their school account.
