At SSE Energy Solutions we passionately support young people entering into sustainable STEM careers, particularly those historically under-represented in the industry.
We have a wealth of high-quality materials aligned with the national curriculum, designed to offer young people insights into the energy industry, its various roles, and hands-on experience with real-world tasks.
We have worked with a variety of educational establishments across the UK, delivering sessions on renewable energy infrastructure and opportunities within the sector through the use of interactive VR headsets and hands on sustainability tasks.
Our sessions are suitable for both primary and secondary students and can include a range of interactive activities, including the VR wind turbine experience.
