The online learning is essential, as it provides the knowledge needed to complete the practical assessment during the in‑person session.

Key Points

  • If the required e‑learning is not completed at least 48 hours before the face‑to‑face session, practitioners will not be able to attend
  • A £76 charge will apply if the online learning is not completed within this timeframe
  • A £76 fee will also apply in cases of:
    • Non‑attendance
    • Late cancellation within 48 hours of the course date

If you have any questions, please get in touch with Zoe Gibb on 07736627165 or  zoe.gibb@northumberland.gov.uk
