As we approach the 80th anniversary of VE and VJ Day, the government has published a collection of educational resources – entitled Our Shared Story – which offers an opportunity for young people to learn about the experiences of those who lived through the Second World War.
Schools can access a free education starter pack. This includes flexible resources suitable for assemblies, classroom discussions, and creative projects.
