Updates from the Team

IMPORTANT ACTION REQUIRED Setting Level Data – to receive Spring 25 funding PVIs only

For those of you who complete your headcount via school360, you must complete the questions module in your Wizard account by Friday 24th January to ensure you can be funded in spring term 25. Failure to complete this information will affect your funding payment.

Please note – 

  • Answers should reflect what is occurring in your provision during headcount week. 
  • The number of children on roll must match or exceed the number of children you are claiming funding for.
  • You should only include each staff members highest level qualification i.e. 1 qualification per member of staff, your total number of staff must not be less than the number of qualifications selected.

Headcount Spring 2024-25

For those of you who submit your early years data via school360, the pre-populated forms are now available in the SPR 2024-25 file in your school360 account Submission deadline – Friday 17th January.

To locate your file go to Drive > use the search bar to type in your provider ref > 2024-2025 > SPR 2024-25

You must complete the correct form. If you are experiencing problems locating the SPR 2024-25 form, please contact a member of the team at earlyyearsteam@northumberland.gov.uk

NHS England- Oral Health Training for Early Years Services.

Please find attached information here and here about free verifiable oral health training. 

The training will explore oral health in the early years and give practical advice about toothbrushing, dental visits, making healthy choices and how to include oral health within the early year’s curriculum.

Department for Education Early Years Provider Roadshow 2025
