Headteachers of the school types referred to above are requested to complete the questionnaire below relating to driving activities undertaken in a work capacity. Even if you don’t own, hire or lease a school vehicle, please complete the questionnaire so we have a record of this.
The completed questionnaires will ensure that NCC, as the employer in these schools, has sufficient information and can be assured that schools have adequate arrangements in place to safely operate vehicles. This includes driver license checks, valid section 19 permits and that adequate vehicle maintenance and pre-use checks are carried out.
