The pre-populated headcount forms are now available in your SPR 2025-26 file. Please complete by Friday 16th January.
To locate your file, go to Drive > click on the search in drive bar > type in your provider ref > click on the file with your name on > 2025-2026 > SPR 2025-26

Setting level data (PVI’s only)
You must complete the questions module in your Wizard account by Friday 23rd January to ensure you can be funded in spring term 26. Failure to complete this information will affect your funding payment.

Please note –
- Answers should reflect what is occurring in your provision during headcount week.
- The number of children on roll must match or exceed the number of children you are claiming funding for.
- You should only include each staff members highest level qualification i.e. 1 qualification per member of staff, your total number of staff must not be less than the number of qualifications selected.
Wizard Downtime
The Wizard will be unavailable for half a day on Monday 19th January for a system update.

Thrive Wellbeing Level 5 Apprenticeships
Target Audience – Suitable for classroom support staff, leaders and aspiring leaders.
Deadline: The application window for the February cohort closes at midnight 11th January 2026
Thrive Wellbeing Specialist Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship and Thrive Wellbeing Leadership Apprenticeship are designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and practical expertise to create positive, emotionally healthy environments in schools and other settings.
Qualification
By completing your apprenticeship, you’ll become a Thrive Licensed Practitioner and achieve a nationally recognised qualification – either as a Specialist Teaching Assistant or an Operations Manager, depending on your chosen route.
This is one of just three cohorts running this year.
