When globalbridge was originally launched in 2017 many of our ‘in school’ champions were part of careers teams, the platform’s evolution and a shift in focus in schools to Personal Development means that a wider range of school staff can benefit from the data reports in the platform’s background. This is already funded so will allow you to use any Personal Development budget for other activities.
Digital Learner Profiles are being seen as a solution to a wide range of issues facing young people in tracking and evidencing their personal development; skills and achievements beyond core curriculum. It’s increasingly clear that employers can only address skills gaps and shortages if they can ‘see’ these skills in the emerging workforce.
On March 13th NCC and globalbridge will be co-hosting a Staff CPD event. This will be a chance to see the platform for yourselves and better understand how your organisation can benefit. You’ll also be able to book a member of the globalbridge team to deliver both further staff CPD and student sessions.
