Peer mediation equips children with the skills and confidence to manage disputes among their peers, fostering empathy, understanding, and pro-social behaviours across the school. Schools with peer mediation schemes report improved academic attainment for mediators and reduced staff time spent on conflict resolution – see attached flyer.
