FRIENDS Resilience Training

Building emotional resilience in children and young people

The FRIENDS Resilience programme is an evidence-based, in-person training for school staff, equipping them to support children and young people to build emotional resilience, confidence and coping skills.

The training enables staff to deliver the FRIENDS programme in school, either as part of PSHE or as a targeted intervention.
