Overview:
As the leader of your provision, you are the key component in establishing the setting ethos and direction for development. Throughout this session you will be taken on a leadership journey. This will include an opportunity to:

• Build a strong team ethos and vision for the settings future

• Explore how to identify priorities

• Identify key actions to meet the priorities and achieve your vision, including the use of supervision and appraisals, planning training and CPD opportunities, additional opportunities for reflective practice, building the capacity and skillset of your team and creating future leaders.
