Wellbeing for Education Return

Wellbeing for Education Return (WER) is a package of training / resources, designed to address the potential impact of COVID-19 and lockdown measures. It aims to cover a whole school or college approach to wellbeing and resilience, in addition to specific concerns related to mental health, such as bereavement and loss, anxiety, low mood, stress and trauma, warning signs and signposting.

Following the delivery of the training at the Senior Mental Health Leads conference on 5th November 2020: · All resources have now been centralised onto a padlet: WER padlet

· We are now offering drop-in sessions for anyone seeking further support with the delivery of the training in their setting: Drop-in offer

· We would be grateful if schools could indicate whether they have already cascaded their training or not via the following on-line poll: Yes/No poll

This information has also been shared directly via email with those who participated in the conference / SMHLs in schools.

If, after exploring the padlet, you have any questions or require further information, please contact Alison.Walker@northumberland.gov.uk
