The closing date to purchase SEND SUPPORT SERVICES SLA DAYS is
FRIDAY, 28 JUNE 2019
After that date you will be unable to use the SLA Portal and will have to contact SEND SUPPORT SERVICES to purchase any required days. The purchase of days will be subject to available service capacity.
Please note that after 30 June 2019, the cost of a support day will increase to:
