In line with DfE guidance, local authorities are required to publish schemes for financing schools, setting out the financial relationship between them and the schools they maintain. Attached for consultation with Headteachers and School Governors of maintained schools is the proposed draft Scheme for the academic year commencing September 2019. The consultation will close on Tuesday 2nd July prior to the draft scheme being considered by the Schools Forum on 3rd July 2019.
