Due to rescheduling of this course after the bad weather we now have a few spare places left on our next Ride Leader training course, which is being held on Thursday 19th April ’18 at Newbiggin Sports Centre, this is an all day course with lunch provided and is aimed at school staff who would like to promote cycling within their school.
The Ride Leadership Award Level 1 is aimed at competent recreational cyclists who want to lead groups on the road in a safe and enjoyable manner, this qualifies learners to deliver guided bike rides for groups of beginner and intermediate level adults and accompanied children on roads and cycle paths.
