There have been several instances recently where staff who have left the employment of NCC have been overpaid because termination statements were either not submitted, or submitted too late. It is the responsibility of the employing department/school to complete a termination statement for staff who are leaving and to submit them in a timely manner. Payroll deadlines can be found on the home page under Payroll>Timetables>Submission dates>Deadline dates 2018-2019.
