• To develop staff understanding of the behaviour / escalation cycle and what factors can influence it
• To recognise and understand the principles of de-escalation
• To explore a range of ideas, strategies and approaches to support de-escalation
• To understand the principles of Restorative Practice (RP) and what these look like in education settings
