Cyber awareness session – Suitable for all staff

Wed 14th May ‘25 – online 3.45pm-4.45pm

This is a non-technical session which discusses nationally recognised cyber security advice that can be applied to both work and home. These sessions include a variety of interactive
elements to highlight the importance of cyber security and outline simple, effective steps everyone can take to reduce the impact that cyber crime can have on you and your organisation.

This session will be delivered by Maria Bartley, a Force Specialist Cyber Protect & Prepare Officer with Northumbria Police, she’ll finish the session by explaining how else her team can
support you to ensure your school is thoroughly prepared in the event of a cyber attack and also how they can support to educate pupils around key cyber security messaging.
