Early Years Update

Dear Colleagues,

Passport Update Briefing – 25.02.2021
The first live Passport Update Briefings took place on Thursday 25th February with 145 Early Years practitioners: schools, settings, and childminders, joining from across the county. All newly released features were demonstrated. If you were unable to join the session and would like to see the demonstration, please watch the video attached here. Please see here to view the Q&As raised during the meetings. Thanks again to those of you who were able to attend. We look forward to running further session in the future.

EYFS to KS1 Progression Guidance Padlet
The EYFS to KS1 Progression Guidance Padlet has been amended and updated to reflect changes in light of the EYFS Reforms which become statutory in September 2021. Subject leaders in schools will find a range of supporting tools to support them in planning for and monitoring their subject area in the EYFS. Schools can contact their locality Early Years Consultant if they require further support or advice. The Padlet can be viewed by clicking here.

60 Second Survey for E-Magazine
We are always interested in hearing your feedback so we can improve the support and services we offer and as such we would be most grateful if you were able to take a moment to complete this ’60 second survey’ on the Early Years E-Magazine.  There are just 3 questions and as the name suggestions, it is very quick to complete.  Your feedback will be used to shape future E-Magazines to come.

Many thanks in advance for you feedback.
