DESCRIPTION:Please note: Completion of Writing Effective SEND Support Plans – Part 1 on the School Readiness Passport Learning Library is a prerequisite for attending this training.\nJoin us for this practical and interactive workshop designed to build on the knowledge gained through Part 1 and support Early Years practitioners in developing high-quality SEND Support Plans. Through discussion, reflection and practical activities, practitioners will strengthen their understanding of the graduated approach and develop confidence in creating meaningful, child-centred plans that clearly identify needs, provision and intended outcomes.\nThis session focuses on translating assessment information into effective planning, ensuring that support plans are specific, achievable and responsive to individual children’s strengths and needs.
