They provide on-going professional supervision to help maintain high quality in the work undertaken by ELSAs, thereby helping to ensure safe practice for ELSAs and pupils alike.’ – ELSA Network\nThis training course is available to staff supporting children and young people of all ages.\nNote: We have an ELSA Q&A session for SLT and line managers to access where you can find out more information virtually on December 3rd 3:30PM.
