Working has been going on behind the scene to ensure that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) portal will open this week and provide lots of relevant information in one central point. We are ensuring information is as up to date as possible to enable schools to make informed choices in relation to their services for 2020/21. Please be sure to check the details before selecting your services, the respective service managers, as shown on the portal will be happy to help. A number of upgrades have taken place, details of which are in the attached Feb 2020 update. The original guidance notes from January 2019 are also attached as a refresher.
Please note school users are now able to reset their own passwords using the on screen help, which should prove helpful if it is some time since you have logged in.
