For the attention of: All schools and academies subscribing to NCC’s HR SLA
I wrote to you last week to launch our bi-annual customer satisfaction survey. We have already had a good level of response but we would greatly appreciate all of your comments and suggestions. We would love to know what you value in the service you receive but also any suggestions as to how you think we could better meet your needs.
We will use your feedback to help us to address any immediate concerns that you may have and to inform our revised SLA offer from September 2018.
The survey questionnaire can be submitted on line and will take less than 10 minutes to complete. Headteachers were emailed a link to the Google form from the Human Resources mailbox on 20 November, but the survey can also be completed by governors and school business managers.
