For the attention of: All schools and academies
We are pleased to offer a range of CPD for school leaders. These sessions are free to schools and academies subscribing to the Northumberland HR SLA at the enhanced level. Subscribers to the standard level of the SLA can access the sessions at a discounted session rate.
This year, following the results from the CPD survey, we have amended the way we offer and deliver these CPD sessions to ensure we are meeting the training needs of our schools.
In the autumn term we are offering the following sessions:

The team will also be delivering a termly briefing on a demand led basis. These will include an update on the teachers pay award and guidance on the annual salary review process. The model Pay Policy is currently out for consultation with trade unions and will be made available via Learning Together. Please register on the waiting list for the autumn term briefing and we will be in touch to arrange a session in your locality.
All sessions are available to any member of the school management team and governing body. If you are interested in any of the sessions please express your interest on the waiting list on Learning Together by clicking the link next to each course listed above.
This will allow us to arrange a training venue where there is the highest demand for the course and we will contact all those on the waiting lists to try to arrange a convenient date and time.
