30 Hour Codes – IMPORTANT
Reconfirmation – There are a number of Parents across the County in Grace Periods that end on 31st March ‘18. This is due to Parents not re-confirming on time. Please remind your Parents to check their reconfirmation date and complete the process if need be. These children will not be funded next term if their codes are not re-confirmed as eligible. Sophie Downing has emailed all those with Children in this position within their setting.
New Codes – Deadline for applications via HMRC is 31st March. PLEASE NOTE – HMRC envisage there will be a small number of Parents who applied before 31st March that may receive their 30 hour code in April. This may be due to a number of reasons such as technical problems or HMRC requiring additional information before making an eligibility determination. Those Parents who applied on time, but receive a code after the deadline, will be able to take up a summer term place. We are able to fund a Parent where they have applied by 31st March but have a 30 hour code dated between 1st and 23rd April ’18. For those of you with Parents who have applied but not received a code by 31st March, please reassure them that they have until 23rd April to receive it and pass on to you for validation.
