The March summaries provide a wealth of reports to generate discussion across both primary and secondary classrooms. Primary colleagues will be interested to read the ASCL report on primary assessment and accountability. School and system leaders may find the reports on teacher supply, workload, and implementation of change of interest.
There is also a report from the Care Quality Commission on the key issue of children’s and young people’s mental health. Those with an interest in how the UK compares with other countries internationally will want to read the global parents survey published by the Varkey Foundation.
You will also find an accompanying toolkit from last month’s report based on some ‘home grown’ research from colleagues of the Bristol University School of Education aimed at primary and secondary colleagues who teach Religious Education.
If any school requires the access code to view the summaries please contact the Education admin team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
