Please note that the forms provided to notify Employee Services of any change to headteacher’s salary are initially processed by your School Support Adviser. Where there is a change to the school group size the HR team will contact you individually to advise on the required action to be taken by the governing body.
If you require any other assistance during the annual salary review process please contact your allocated HR Adviser. Schools subscribing at the enhanced level are eligible for face to face advice and support specific to your individual requirements.
For the attention of: All schools and academies not subscribing to NCC’s HR SLA
Please note that the HR team have informed schools in writing where there has a been a change to the school group size with effect from 1 September 2017. It is recommended that you seek advice from their HR provider regarding the action required if your school group size has changed.
Please note that your School Support Adviser will not be checking and authorising instructions in relation to pay progression for leadership group. Any such instructions should be sent directly to Employee Services.
